She served 20 years of honorable service in the United States Army in various locations in the United States and abroad. She is a solutions-oriented, results-focused Human Resource Management, Recruiting and Administrative professional. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Communication from University of Maryland University Colleges, a Masters in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University, and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Gayle also has three years of experience as a tax preparer. She completes at least 40 hours of continuing education annually to ensure she is knowledgeable of relevant tax regulations. She resides in Kennesaw, GA with her youngest two children.
